Felt homey and comfortable, big room with the balcony was nice. Area felt safe coming back from a concert. Staff were friendly.

Lack of shampoo and conditioner. No hot water - did not address this as I was already in the shower and I only stayed a day. Lifts seemed dodgy with the door

Great stay at The Gate Ataşehir. The apartment was clean, comfortable and functional, and the AC worked exceptionally well. Bahar and the staff were fantastic throughout my stay, and I was kindly upgraded based on availability. Easy access to the building, nearby malls and plenty of food options, and the internet was good for some work. Overall, very good value for money and a convenient choice for both business and leisure stays.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Perfect location near Istanbul Financial Center, with restaurants, shopping, and markets nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A special thanks to Bahar at the reception. She was truly outstanding, elegant, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She paid attention to every detail, answered all my questions, and provided excellent recommendations about Istanbul and the surrounding area. Her hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Also, thanks to the gentleman at the reception for his kindness and professionalism, and for upgrading my room to a beautiful room with a balcony. Highly recommended!

The only thing that could be improved is having breakfast included in the reservation. Currently, breakfast is available at an extra cost.

La strada dove affacciava la camera era silenziosa. Poi ci hanno trasferito di hotel ed avevo i gabbiani che non mi facevano dormire.

Beh di notte ci hanno sgomberato dall'hotel perché non aveva i documenti relativi alla sicurezza! Ci hanno spostato in un altro hotel della catena nel downtown. Follia! Mai successa una cosa del genere in vita mia!
