Koh Munnork Private Island

We visited during the rainy season, so the weather wasn’t exactly on our side, and yet I’d still rate this place a solid 10/10. Everything was so well organised from start to finish, and every single member of staff was incredibly friendly, polite and genuinely wanted you to have the best stay possible. The rooms were beautiful, the island itself is absolutely stunning, and having peacocks casually wandering around made it feel even more special. The food was consistently excellent, especially the fresh seafood, and the cocktails definitely deserve a mention too. We loved taking the kayaks out and exploring the coastline whenever the weather gave us a break, and the walk around the island on the path was a really lovely way to start the day. Even with a bit of rain, we never felt disappointed. If anything, it just gave us an excuse to slow down and enjoy this little slice of paradise. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Honestly… nothing. I genuinely can’t think of a single complaint.

Very peaceful with beaches all to yourself. Food was good and staff responsive.

The peacocks make a lot of noise in the mornings and poop in walking areas, don’t step at it.

the service was really bare minimum, almost no english spoken by the staff and they are not paying much attention to the customers. for 7500 baht a night I was expecting a different type of service! the water of the pool was really dirty. I would go back only for half of the price! I dont think the value exceeds 4000 baht a night
