Good in consideration of money.

Iki Iki´s family treat us so good that we stayed for 2 more nights! Everything was amazing, the room was really big, the beds were confortable, nice ac and fan, no noise at night and an excellent breakfast! I´m vegetarian and prefer some tea instead of coffee at the breakfast and they met all my needs! Thank you Iki Iki´s family, you were really kind to us!

Everything was really nice!

The location is somewhat secluded away from the bustle of the city. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice-- eggs, bread, a donut, and coffee. The rooms were clean, simple, and quiet. There was a simple bathroom which had a sink, toilet, and a shower. The guesthouse would definitely be considered "no-frills", but the kindness of the staff and the location made our stay excellent.

To no fault of the guesthouse-- the road to the hotel is under construction, so it was difficult and extremely bumpy to navigate by tuk tuk. But still entirely worth it.

Staffs can speak English and Japanese You can use tuktuk without overcharging

Nothing Everything is perfect

This was throughout our month stay in Cambodia the best place we've stayed in! The owners are extremely friendly (they are used to serve mainly Japanese people and you notice this very clearly). You are treated with an enormous amount of respect. They are very helpful too in helping you with organizing tours or hiring a tuk tuk driver for the day to explore the Angkor temples... We really liked the breakfast, which was different every day (we stayed a couple of days here): one time, we had omellettes; next day pancakes; another time a "banh mi" type of sandwich with tuna, etc... Always accompanied with fresh fruits, coffee and a bottle of water. Rooms are extremely clean and beautiful for the price you pay!

The only downside was that there were no maps in English available, only maps in Japanese. However the host was super friendly, by lend us the only available English map, which was pinned to the wall of the guesthouse. It is a bit of a walk to the city centre of Siem Reap, but the surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful, so definitely worth to stay.
