The place was clean and well kept. The apartment was cleaned every day. Amenities were good as well. And the provision of the vouchers was a lovely surprise. Communication was amazing. 10/10 for everything. They were even mindful of the fact that we were travelling with kids. Close proximity to good restaurants and shopping facilities.
The common areas like the lift lobby and basement had a weird smell. The king bed could be a little softer. But nothing too bad.

Neat, clean, tidy. Breakfast vouchers was a bonus. Everything we expected and more.
Everything was perfect.

The property was spacious and safe.
Extremely noisy. Staff member were talking loudly in the corridors and other guests were up till late making a noise. We were woken by drilling from the downstream bathroom as well.
