We had very good experience at Lotte City. Very convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Becky at front desk. I had problem getting pizza delivered. She called over and over on our behalf and complained on our behalf. I never experienced such an hospitality. Other staff members at front desk were also extremely helpful including, Autumn, Dwayne and others.
Even though I already knew breakfast wasn’t included but I still would suggest to include it in the rate of room.

Location is good for many tour pickups
Elevators took a long time and the room took a very long time to cool down. Paid for a king size bed and it was not a king size bed

Clean and staff friendly
No clear sign that the hotel lobby is at the 6 floor?
Staying in a premium hotel like Lotte, I expect the cups in the room to be made of porcelain and not paper cups. No class and not professional as I made coffee using the paper cup?
