Questo bellissimo 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni condominio è una unità piuttosto fine a Quail Point, situato nel cuore del Sawgrass Country Club. Questo condominio ha una cucina aperta aggiornato che sfocia nella sala da pranzo e soggiorno. La camera da letto principale è dotata di un letto king size e la seconda camera ha due gemelli, perfetti per gli ospiti.

We were very satisfied with the property. It was accurate to the description and was very well stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay.We particularly liked the location as we had tickets to the Players Golf Tournament at TPC Sawgrass.I would not hesitate to recommend this property for rental property. I would advise to bring extra water for drinking and making coffee as the tap water tasted very chlorinated.

Overall this is a nice rental. It has a nice floor plan and the kitchen is updated and well stocked. There was plenty of cookware. The master bath was adequate and there were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable although there were not an extra set of sheets for the king bed and the comforters could use some refreshing. It’s a short walk to the beach and is in a great location. We highly recommend Suncastle Properties. They are great to work with and are very accommodating and responsive to any needs we had.

The condo was clean for the most part except the refrigerator doors had food on them & the cooktop was not clean; of course, I cleaned both when we moved in. It would be VERY helpful if there was a grab bar in the Master bedroom bathroom shower to hold on to.Kim was most helpful and pleasant in our dealings & setting up a date for 2025. Matt is always pleasant and helpful also.

This condo is convenient to golf, beach, and my parents own connected unit so especially for me. We’ve stayed here 5 times. Realty company is my issue. Asked for late check out, wouldn’t accommodate without charge even though cleaners didn’t come till 2. Blinds broken for years. Don’t provide TP, trash bags, tissues, beach towels, bring everything you need. Would be nice to be recognized back as repeat customer.
