Great location close to the main centre, spacious room with a comfortable bed, well stocked with tea and coffee
im not overly keen on hybrid hotels, i prefer to see staff although there was staff on check in and out

The location and the room size and the staff
The room was far too hot even though the heating was off and the outdoor temperature was not hot, the provided fans were very noisy thus not usable

Location was really good.

The location of the Hotel was perfect, and the pub across the road from the main front door was a dream - good food, great atmosphere and great staff. The hotels bed and bedding and towelling were perfect. The double glazing helped reduce the road noise a lot.
Not having many staff was a shame, and the room was not the best. The lighting in the bathroom was really dingy, the carpet in the room was less than pleasant, suspicious dark marks in abundance and parts had not been hoovered in some time. No breakfast, but we knew that before we travelled.

"Great location and a good sized car park. Interior definitely old world but lovely and homely. Room comfortable and immaculate."
