Boa localização. Camas confortáveis. Excelente custo benefício para quem só precisa de um cantinho para dormir e descansar depois de turistar.

The gym room was dysfunctional and unusable, yet advertised in pictures. Lighting in the apartment could be improved. The swimming pool entrance was closed before the stated closing time.

the key collecting office needs a face lift, doesn't look nice, feels awkward. Also, I booked two apartments at the same time but we were allocated apartments far from each other. I did ask the caretaker if this was the best they could do and he said he couldn't do anything for us. What was disappointing was that when we got to our apartment there was a vacant apartment next door to us and that stayed vacant for the duration of our stay. I don't understand why Nathi (caretaker) would do that. There was no water in the area for the whole duration of our visit, couldn't bath couldn't use the toilets. The property owner did make arrangements for us to get water. We had to go around with buckets and pots stealing water from the fire water pipe.

Old furniture, old doors, poor maintenance on the Veranda or passege from the lift to the room. TV and electric cables all over the show.

The location of the unit is ideal

1. The doors needs attention. 2. There is a funny smell on the bathroom even though the toilet has been flushed
