The location of the property was perfect, where we were tucked away from the traffic but still close enough to make it a short trip if we wanted to go to the city centre.
The views from the hotel are phenomenal, waking up to see the lake and mountain range was unbelievable

Calm atmosphere and relaxing
Entrance and garden view/ appearance could be improved; parking is not enough; pool area could be improved and make more aesthetic

Views. Generally helpful staff
Was a little out of the way. Also very disappointed that there is NO SWIMMING POOL. Change your listing asap to avoid future guest disappointment
