Overall, the accommodation was very pleasant. Convenient location for travelling to key touristic areas by car, and good car parking was available on site. We arrived at the property and it was spotless, and the beds were made neatly. Good facilities in the kitchen, but there was no oven (maybe for fire safety reasons), but it was still great. In order to obtain certain appliances such as a kettle, toaster, hair drier and Swiss plugs, you need to sign an agreement to pay CHF 40 if any of those appliances broke. In our case, they were all working before and after our use. The apartment was very spacious and well decorated - gave a nice, family holiday feel and an authentic Swiss experience. Elizabeth and her husband are great hosts!

There were some constraints placed, however. For example, you cannot shower after 10pm. They reminded us to remain quiet after 10pm. Also, no fans were provided, so in the heat of peak summer season it was VERY hot when we slept. It is required to pay a deposit of CHF 300, by cash or by bank transfer. We were not allowed to use an iron, and if we wanted to do our laundry we had to pay CHF 50. Upon leaving the accommodation, they made it very clear that the property must be left SPOTLESS, which made it quite stressful.

Sehr geräumige, helle Wohnung mit großem Bad und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Gasteltern sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit und haben einen wunderbaren Humor. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist super. Schön ruhig, in der Natur. Man ist schnell im Wald und an anderen schönen Wanderwegen (perfekt für Hundebesitzer). Die Wohnung ist sauber.

Leider wird dem Gast bereits vor der Anreise das Gefühl vermittelt, nicht willkommen zu sein. Nachrichten und Pdf‘s mit negativ formulierten Sätzen, was man alles nicht darf in der Wohnung und vor allem wie teuer es werden könnte bei Verstoss. In der Wohnung zieht sich dies durch. Hinzu werden nichtige Verbote ausgesprochen, die gegen das Grundrecht verstossen und Überwachungskameras ohne Vorwissen des Mieters eingesetzt. Zusätzliche Hausordnung zur Hausordnung werden nachträglich abgegeben, wenn Vermieter dies für notwendig halten (übertriebene Regeln wie Schuhe aus bereits im Treppenhaus und Deponie im EG). Gegenstände, welche auf Inseratbildern ersichtlich, werden als zusätzliches Mietobjekt angeboten. Hunde sind hier definitiv nicht willkommen, auch wenn nicht ausdrücklich im Inserat abgelehnt.
