The location of the hotel was great the staff were great and very helpful. I had room service for 2of my meals because I was tired and found this to be the best choice for me. I had one meal in the restaurant and I got what I requested the Resturante staff were great including the chef who prepared the meal.

I didn’t like the overall cleanliness of the place. The carpooling in the hallway were not very pleasant. I understand it is difficult in a highly trafficked area to keep the place clean however something can be done about it.

Don’t like being scouted for membership.

Our room needed to be updated, remodeled would have made the room perfect..

The resort grounds were beautiful and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The beach areas were clean, the drinks were consistently great, and the food options were strong. The buffet hall had a wide variety, the jerk spot was authentic and flavorful, and the pizza place was one of our favorites. Shamika at the pizza station stood out for her hospitality — she genuinely made us feel welcomed and embraced. She deserves recognition.

Unfortunately, some staff interactions felt judgmental. At the fusion restaurant, we sat for a while without being greeted or even offered water. We had to ask the server to take our order. More noticeably, staff nearby were speaking in patois in a way that felt intentionally exclusive once they perceived who we were. At the bars specifically. It felt like we were being judged by our image — and when it seemed like we might understand, the patois got even deeper. Once we addressed it, the energy shifted, but it shouldn’t take that for respect to be shown.
