The location of the resort is good. Kids play area is good. Mini golf, table tennis, basketball court, peddle cart on hire are there to keep the kids entertained.

We booked ocean view and it wasn't as expected. The cottage was far from the sea.. could see the ocean far away when you go out of the cottage. The view was blocked by trees. No view from inside the cottage.

Beach,we could watch the whales from our door it was very relaxing

Left pouch of jewellery in unused room. Called to advise exactly where before housekeeping could attend. Told it was not there. 🙁

Location was great. Quite time of year and beach and pool right there.

Cleaning in places that aren’t visible like behind the bed and side tables in the bedroom were very dusty. Needed a thorough clean. The rest of the cabin was clean. Mattress for the bunk beds was not very comfortable. Main bedroom mattress was fine.

The location was absolutely beautiful! Right on the beach.

Some guests didn’t adhere to the noise rules however that would be hard to control.

Excellent location, great staff

Was supposed to be suitable for 4 adults and 2 children, we was a booking for 3 adults. The second bedroom consisted of 4 bunk beds that were only suitable for children. They were not long enough and the height of the lower bunk bed was too low making it hard for for adults to get in or out.

very over priced for what it was. very old 2 bed 1 bathroom cabin. old appliances that either didn’t work or nothing to cook in for the ones that did. fridge had ZERO door pockets so shelves had to be removed to be able to fit milk in. bbq not working, hot plates not working. cabin out of square so doors did not close. not good enough for $400 per night! Either fix it and upgrade appliances/accessories or drop the price! 🤷‍♀️

The studio cabin was not in good condition. Rotted timber in bathrooms, damaged patio table, TV did not work properly, holes in window insect screens, most windows could not be locked, sliding security door could not be locked, so we were not comfortable leaving anything of value inside. Also, the code to access the security gate did not always work requiring us to contact someone to let us into the resort.
