They accomodated my request to change room at no extra charge. The staff were amazing, nice roof top for breakfast and a lovely stay close to everything
The pillows were not comfortable

Breakfast was good. Check in was very swift and Serena and Fanny were exceptional hosts. The Palazzo is in a very good central location right in the heart of Palermo.
Parking in the centre of Palermo is very difficult, but we were very fortunate that a neighbour let us use their space.

The staff was very helpful and attentive with our check-in and any extra needs. She ordered us private cars and had a staff member come early to make us coffees before our flight. The rooftop view from our suite was amazing and the fridge was well-stocked.

The place itself is super nice, great breakfast and outstanding attitude from Fanny. The room was super spacious. Great value for the price.
The room door is not sealed so we heard all the noise when they were preparing the breakfast from 7:30 am.
