The best part of this residence is the staff, they are always available to help you. We asked them many things and they always provided us in the best way possible. The place is near many supermarkets and Taksim square. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back.

Very good location near Taksim square. Good friendly personnel. Big rooms with much space for guests.
Bathroom door is old and corroded. There was no coffee pot in the kitchen and we could not prepare Turkish coffee.

first time I saw this place in 2015 was so new and clean, but unfortunately this time I found it so old and not clean at all, the bathrooms were in horrible condition,everywhere was wet, the bed sheets and towels were dirty and old, it seems like they never been replaced since brand new, even the house keepers wouldn’t clean the beds probably and you could find hair and dirt from pervious users.

good facilities including the services. overall satisfied stay for 5 nights. family friendly apart hotel with fully equiped kitchen and washing machine.

No breakfast, location was nice. Close to bars and restaurants.
The bathroom was flooded long time ago and everything was in a very bad shape. Water damane for the doors and closets. Not very clean.

After two months looking for a place to stay in Istanbul for 10 days with my family, I chosed Overland Residance. It was a great stay for 6 people. It would be better if the apartment had a dishwasher. The apartment was clean and the staff was kind and caring people.
We heard so many unpleasant stories about renting a place in Istanbul, that's why we were cautious! I am fully pleased with our booking and I suggest Overland Residance.
It is located in a flat street, but you have to climb up another short street to reach to the main street (3min walk). All the supermarkets and necessary shops and pharmacies are around and it is max 15min walk to Taksim square.

The cleanliness, organized and the location was just too good.
There was also a Muslim shower installed :)
It can be more clearly mentioned that there will be 1 bathroom and toilet in the apartment for 2 bedrooms.

The staff at the Overland are very friendly and helpful.
The cooking equipment (pans, etc.) was very limited. There were not any bowls in the kitchen, which was odd.

Overland Residence surpassed all our expectations. Location is very close to Taksim and apartment itself was a very comfortable 2 bedroom with a combined kitchen, dining and lounge. The entire staff particularly Riyad himself had been extremely helpful. The cleaning crew was very regular, and it was very convenient to have all amenites like microwave, refrigerator and even pots, pans and cutlery completely at our disposal. A very cooperative front desk was available 24 /7. In the neighborhood, be sure to check out this lovely bakery called Kovan and a cute cafe called 'Cook Life'. Clean, quaint and quite comfortable, Overland Residence literally became our home away from home in Istanbul!
