Perfect location for walking the Cleveland Way and easy to get the bus back after a days walking.

Great location, nice decoration. Outside space a bonus and sunny all afternoon.
Walls /floors are not soundproof as they are old beams and floor boards. Shower, toilet flush etc are really loud.

Fantastic location and well presented cottage with lovely underfloor heating.
The beds were very squeaky and loud, and not very comfortable. No washing up sponge, and only half a roll of toilet paper for four adults.
