The location of the hotel could not have been better. Just steps away from the Duomo and tons of restaurants and shops. The room had plenty of space, and our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She had a taxi booked for us to the Florence train station within minutes after we requested it. The room also included a breakfast option from 8:00-10:00 am which was nice, though we only used it one day. Finally, the bathroom and shower were fantastic.
The air conditioning in the room was quite loud, and the entrance to the hotel was not very inviting. If you're looking for a hotel with a welcoming lobby, this is not the stay for you. The bed was also not very comfortable, but this was the case at every hotel we stayed at in Italy so it might just be the norm. All this being said, we were pleased with our stay for the price.

The property is located in a very good location for all the attractions. It was clean and spacious.
The breakfast was an interesting situation and the staff wasn’t available on a few hours of the day.
