Location is near to hospital, restaurants, bakhala, pharmacy, banks, etc. It's conducive for sleeping. Big rooms

No doormat for the comfort room. They should place at least 1 pc. TV not working for anything to watch. I hope they would improve in my next visit. Lights in our bedroom is not well bright enough. I have to open the windows for a better lighting

The apartment size us big , it is quite, the furniture is good condition .stong wifi

We have to ask for everything....towel, shampoo, iron. We booked for 3 people it was Un refundable condition but in the apartment was only one double bed we asked for another bed they give as a very tiny mattress without bed my son was disappointed and refused to sleep on the floor so he stayed with our family members in thier house, the window of our bed room has a gab hot air always coming though it. The washing machine wasn't thier

Strategically located 1 minute walk away from King Saud Medical City hospital, pharmacy, Bakala, restaurants and Masjid. The place is convenient for transportation. Water system is strong without problem. Value for money. WiFi access is free. A large comfortable bed for couple. Very spacious living room area. Just sofa & table where we would eat also. Microwave and Refrigerator are clean and well-maintained. Bath towels and hotel slippers are provided for request. Calm and very efficient hotel staffs.

Not much utensils to use. Need a heating kettle. We noticed there was no locking system in the living room windows for safety reasons. We forgot to inform the management about this.

Location was good. Staff was nice. Rooms were spacious

Had to change rooms twice due to AC not working. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work well.
