Everything we needed was there. Daniele really helped us and checks on us every day if we needed some help or if we have questions. She was very helpful and accomodating with our stay. Location was superb, just few minutes walk to Milan Centrale station.

The only problem is we could here all the noise outside. I would suggest to change windows to sound proof.

Daniele was supporting us constantly during our stay, which was deeply appreciated! The staff at the Via del Bollo location was also very kind and helpful! Some improvements can be made for the door locks and the sofa bed, otherwise everything was amazing!

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about our stay! The apartment was absolutely immaculate, and everything felt upscale- even down to the toiletries in the bathroom. We had everything we could possible need, even down to having a washing machine. The air con was amazing. After coming out of the intense heat of Milan, it was pure relief to come into a cool apartment. The owner was absolutely ‘on it’ in terms of making sure we were happy, and had everything we needed. I received a video before our stay, illustrating how to access the building and the keys which was an excellent idea, and he sent us a message every day to ask if we had any questions or needed any advice or tips. Exceptional service. We loved the location- quiet but still in an area with an array of cafes and restaurants, and close to the metro. We were genuinely sad to leave the apartment, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

The location is excellent for our needs and where and who we want to visit.

A little noisy with the craft beer bar beneath us where people talk and smoke until three in the morning. That and the bright lights across the street are hard to block out. I normally travel with eye shades, unfortunately forgot them this time.
