I booked a room at 8:30pm and when I got there I was trying to figure out how to get to my room and get in. A quick call to the after hours number and I was sorted out.
I couldn't be happier with my experience there. Totally awesome service and I'll definitely will be recommending you to anyone that is looking for a place to stay.
There was nothing to not like.

We only stayed for one night passing through but the room was spacious and it was just as you were coming into Coffs so easy to get to

Cleanliness. Location .accessibility.
Pillows were old and warn.stuffing exposed in one.
No toaster only a mini oven that was unable to toast bread successfully.
Television had lines across & flashing lights intermittently. Needs replacing.
