Central location. Friendly host. Helpful
The host wasn't there to greet us upon check in.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. Stupid point but we had to Google how to flush the toilet.

Nice neighbourhood, with market nearby. Nice terrace to enjoy coffe with a good view. Cute and clean apartment.
TV was not working, and the WiFi signal was not that good. Room was a bit small and the window opens straight into the shared kitchen outside which makes it impossible to use it when the kitchen is being used.

The Host is really kind. He gave us a quick information about city, transport and other facilities. Also, as he knew that we were traveling with small baby, he changed an apartment with direct access from road (without stairs), so that we could manage with our luggage and stroller easier 👍🏻

Nice location in the quiet area just in front of promenade along sea coast, 5 min walk from excellent beaches. Room was comfortable with the terrasse overlooking the sea. Fridge, kitchen, Micro oven and cutlery available. Supermarket 2 min walk. Bus to the center 15 min walk. Very good stay for such money in Dubrovnik.
After rain there was smell of humidity in the bathroom. Small renovation needed.

The room didn't had attached Toilet-Bathroom. in addition, wash basin wasn't there. it is considered as basic amenities, how can you not have that?

I had a bad experience in this hotel. As I booked a single room with a private bathroom for two nights, and upon receiving the room, I found that the bathroom was private but outside the room ( external Bathroom) . I informed the man that this room did not match my reservation and he insisted that this is the single room and i have to revert back to the agency which i had been booked through it .he also said in a rude way that with the money i paid in that room i can't even have a tent in Dubrovnik ( which is not accepted and not expected from hotel stuff ) . I contacted Booking and explained the situation to them and they contacted the hotel's agency then changed the room the next day . the man expressed his displeasure and blame me because i complained !!!
he spoiled my stay.

Great place to stay if you're alone or 2 people, and aren't too keen km sharing space in like a hostel. The rates are almost same. The host is very helpful. Gave me all tips and directions around the city.

I did book the cheapest room and I am very aware what I should get in Dubrovnik for that. The room was clean, normal size, it was very good value for the money I paid in Dubrovnik in the high season. I would come back anytime. Slavko and family were very helpful and nice.

Slavko has a host was brilliant. He was awake for me until midnight since my flight was delayed(eventually flight got diverted to Zagreb !!!). But when i finally reached Dubrovnik, Slavko made sure i had everything and after a dreadful start to my holiday (delay+diversion), I was made to feel really welcome at his place. Even the other guests were friendly .
I am definitely going to stay there again on my next trip.
Everything was perfect apart from the weather....it was too ....hot 😥

Slavko and Ivona are amazing people. He gave us the best room and always made sure that everything was ok. They have good tips if you go there for vacation ! you will definitely enjoy at their place 😊 near to the bus station, supermarket, beach, restaurants, cafes

The accomodation wasn’t so far as we expected, paid and seen in the pictures provided by the landlord to booking.com.
The triple room was so tiny that the only way to move inside was staying in bed. The wardrobe was too little for one family and it was very difficult to open its doors because you touched the bed.
The single room is a cellar, extremely small, it smells like in a cellar and it has a tiny window from where you can see the washing machines and the cleaning products. Why? Because is a cellar transformed in a room to make more money. And the surprise: the single room had a external bathroom.
The landlord is rude and his wife too. He get angry when you asked something.

It was affordable.
The place was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
We also liked that the owner lives next to the property so checking in has been a smooth process.
The door to the bathroom won’t close properly.
If you don’t come by car, it’s not easily accessible as it is in the other side of Old Town.
We didn’t easily find the beaches close by. Still quite a walk from the property.
The room is also pretty small for 2 people especially if you both have a medium-sized suitcase with you.
The bathroom is pretty narrow.

Great location
I had to move rooms after the first night. I got moved to a damp room with no television and separate bathroom.

First of all, host Slavko was very kind, helpful and hospitable. He explained everything about all important locations worth visiting.
Room is on good location and well connected with old town by public transportation. Beaches are near, about 10 minutes on foot.
Everything was clean, beautiful view from terrace.
