Lovely modern motel, very clean and comfortable. Great price and friendly staff.
I didn't know how to work the TV/Sky, I don't watch TV at home so it's most likely me forgetting what to do on the remote. It wasn't an issue and I could have called the staff for support so maybe an instruction sheet for dummies like me would be good. Lol.

The lady on reception was delightful, the room was spacious and clean and everything we needed.
The TV didn't work, we tried and so did the lady from reception who was most apologetic.

The room was lovely, it was clean and spacious! The location was great as it was close to town and close to my appointments. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would've liked, but the fluffy pillows and warm blankets made up for it a little bit.
I had travelled almost 2 hours from Nelson, arrived just after 3pm to find a note to say that they are away for an hour. I was looking forward to getting to my room, set myself up for me to finish work for the day, but I couldn't. I then had to find something to do for an hour before I could check-in. I then had to work late, which I was not happy about.
So if I could recommend, to ensure there is someone available during the check-in times at all times, that would be amazing. A quick 5 minute break to go to the bathroom is fine, but not an hour. It puts some of us out when we travel for work.
