Sister trip to PCB - perfect condo - everything was just as described - exceptionally clean, comfortable & lots of room! The owners have done a great job with the decor & all the special details made it feel just like home! The owners were great to work with & the communication was great! The reserved parking & beach chairs made it even better! Great location to everything & the complex is well maintained! Definitely recommend & look forward to a trip in the future!

The condo it super nice and the kitchen is well stocked. Make sure you load your car the night before or early morning because the elevator situation at check out is a little crazy. The property owner is super nice and easy to communicate with and even left me a bottle of wine and thank you note with made it super personal.

My wife and I decided to try a new location along the Florida panhandle and chose the Seychelles resort in Panama City Beach. We rented "Beach Therapy" on the 13th floor of the complex and found it to be a lovely condo with an outstanding view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sands of PCB. Our host, Kathy Gesslein, was excellent. All our communication with her was timely and personal. We never felt like a renter, but rather a guest.
The condo was clean and well cared for. Access is secure and check-in is easy too. The master bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bathroom space between the two in the condo. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen tools and appliances. You will need some supplies.
The complex is nice, including two fairly large pools, a spa, and direct access to the beach. A beach set-up for two was provided, and David, the attendant was super helpful. He came around occasionally to reposition the umbrella as the sun tracked throughout the day. Tip him if he works for it as he did with us. You have a private, covered, and reserved parking spot which was clutch! Since the property is on the far eastern side of PCB, we had to drive to some of the places we wanted to go. There is a great restaurant right next door to the complex. It was a bit pricey, but the food and drinks were good. Ice cream and pizza are nearby as well. Grocery stores (Publix and Piggly Wiggly) were pretty close and more desirable than going to the Walmart Supercenter.

Beautiful condo that was exceptionally clean and inviting. I can’t say enough good things about Kathy. She’s the best. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls week and will not hesitate to book with Kathy again.

Perfect Vacation Week
We had a perfect week for our family vacation! Kathy was great communicating with and the unit was amazing! We spent the days at the beach and pool and the evenings sitting on the porch, looking at the beautiful views of the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. I also loved the toiletries and starter pack of cleaning items left to help us out before we went shopping for supplies for the week! The owners of this unit really take their time to make the renter feel extra special! We will definitely go back!

Best condo ever!
This condo had everything we needed to have an amazing family vacation! The space was spotless, organized and well stocked. The beach chair and umbrella service was wonderful and allowed us to carry less to and from the beach each day. We have already booked our stay in this condo for next year!

Jim and Kathy take extra measures with the cleanliness and all the extras they provide and it shows!
I loved the lighted makeup mirrors in the bathrooms, the spice rack, the little notes that helped with our stay, the beachy themed decor, the huge TVs and my husband especially enjoyed the recliner!
The condo has such a beautiful view of the beach and the umbrella and beach lounges were such a big plus as was the heated pool.
My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our 12 night stay. It is like a home away from home with all the added extras and amenities! We will definitely return to 1303 again if it is available for our next visit.

Fun at Panama City Beach
Great location, quiet, good place for families. The property was super clean and had all amenities we needed. The owners were very responsive and answered any questions we had and checked in with us before and after our stay. The starter items of dish detergent, paper towels, etc, were a nice touch! We had a great time during our stay, felt very much at home, and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time this past week in PCB! Our stay at this VRBO was so wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable! The master bedroom was nice and dark in the mornings! The balcony was very comfortable! We would definitely rebook this in the future.

Awesome Vacation Get-Away
We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The place is super clean and beautifully decorated. Kathy and Jim are super host and very responsive to any questions we may have about our trip. Located next to Schooners makes eating out super easy and fun.
