Сложный заезд в отель, нет отдельных парковочных мест для проживающих в отеле. Рядом офисы и часто там закрывают парк места для сотрудников офисов. Очень скудный завтрак

Attention of the staff.
The location is far from main Tbilisi attractions from 20 to 30 mins in taxi. It’s not easy to get in this hotel and most of the taxis cannot find it taking long to wait for a Bolt taxi.

and for the floor 14 , 15 & 16 there was only one elevator!!!

Very spacious, nice room. Located in a central area with city vibe, with plenty restaurants
If you are coming by car, expect a nightmare. The driveway to their parking area is not known to the navigation apps, which send you to nearby narrow alleys with heavy two way traffic and nervous drivers. We ordered a pick up by a local tour company, and even they could not find how to get there.
I communicated with the property in advance and asked if they had parking. They answered they did, but did not bother to give me detailed directions how to get there, knowing how impossible it was.

I liked my stay overall but I have been charged extra by the hotel as I was already charged by booking.com for the stay.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful
The breakfast was good and even with churchhella (I don't know to to correctly write it in latin alphabet). The time of a breakfast was good (since 8 am to 11 am)
The bed was comfortable
It was quiet, so we didn't hear our neighbours
It was super clean and cleaning crew cleaned our room even in non-cleaning hours (special thanks to that!)
It's not a minus, but more like a recommendation - add boxes, cases, etc. And if it's possible add safe boxes with more space. In addition, I'd recommend to write in the instruction for safe box that button "reset" is inside (it was not mentioned)
Perhaps, you can shift breakfast 30 minutes earlier (to have more comfort to go to different guided tours)

I would rate my experience as average. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful when needed.
While the hotel was perfectly fine, it lacked some of the personality and charm that I look for in a hotel. Also, it may not be the best option for those who want to be within walking distance of the city center. However, if you don't mind a bit of a commute or plan to use taxis or public transportation, it's still a decent choice.

Kind and helpful staff. Spacious suite. Good breakfast buffet. Subway, McDonald's and a bakery is at 5 mins walking distance.
Closet should have more shelves. Difficult for taxi to get to the location because access is through a gated parking lot.

The best hotel we stayed in Georgia besides Mariam R guest house.
Will note rate the Sno Kazbegi Hotel at all.

The hotel upgraded me to a suite. Surprisingly.
Post COVID 'am missing the lavish breakfast. On a positive note food wastage is minimal.
Metro and bus stops are at approx 50mtrs. Shopping area and famous casino nearby.

Location was very good.
Rooms and corridors was very dirty. There were insect in my bathroom and under my bed. I tried to talk to a manager or duty manager but there are only front office and waiters. Better choose a hostel !!!

A good reasonable price. Very big room and bathroom. All necessary is available. Attentive and kind reception.
As the hotel is located behind the commercial center, a taxi never knows how to reach it. I would advice to put a map with a route so a traveller can show to a taxi driver. Taxi in Tbilisi does not know a city. The level of this Best Western is lower than usually Best Western in the world but the price is also lower, so it's good for this money.
