the room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed every day and the room had great view!

breakfast had small range of products, the visitor tax had to be submitted in cash which lead to us withdrawing money from local atm and paying 7 euros more in withdrawal fees. The parking area was usually filled and had to park in the hall to parking. There were no indications for breakfast area.

Loved the location and how modern interior the apartment had. So friendly people in Österreich and also the staff there was amazing!

the room was a bit smelly and it was very tight. the washing machine was in request and the problem with the days we stayed is that the staff was very very hard to reach.

The rooms were big and furniture very nice. The shower was good and all in all very nice space for six people.

We stayed at the suite for six persons. Unfortunately the bed rooms were full of silverfish, not only on the floors and walls, but also on the beds, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Just because of this would not recommend the accommodation for anyone, at least not before they have managed to get rid of these. In addition the cleanliness was not good.

the room was very gemütlich. the bathroom had a large rainshower. the breakfast was amazing with Weißwurst, coldcurs. cheese, scrambled eggs, pomegranate seeds , yoghurt and many more. the breads were the nest German/Austrian bakers could make !

Wonderful room very modern and clean, loved the atmosphere. We especially liked the fact there was a great restaurant right next door.

We attended MTB race in Haiming with junior national team. Upon arrival we put six bikes in the garage, as instructed by the owner of the hotel as a secure place. Two hours later (at 21 pm) two most worth bikes (10,000 € each) were missing, without any sign of violent entrance i.e. break in. Local police was very cooperative but unfortunately without any results. Surprisingly, in the morning, the owner of the hotel was extremely unfriendly and arrogant. He acted as if nothing happened and told us that the hotel wasn’t responsible for guests valuables. He wanted us to leave immediately. We only wanted him to explain how such thing could happen, taking into consideration he was informed of the value of the bikes, an all we got were arrogant answers. We condemn such behaviour and find it unacceptable. Booking.com was immediately informed but they couldn't get in touch with the hotel. Even up to now we didn't get any information or explanation.

easy to find, nice and clean bathroom, nicely build and decorated room. breakfast was quite luxurious.

despite asking beforehand, there were no gluten-free breakfast options. that was a big disadvantage.

the room was comfortable, the shower had the perfect pressure and just the right size! Also I usually I’m not a big fan of breakfasts but it had a variety of foods to choose from so I enjoyed it.

the only thing I can think of is the parking. sometimes it was hard to enter a parking spot or exist one because of how the parking is organized, but even with that we managed.

Lay-out of room was good, seperate clothing area meant room was not cluttered. Everything was clean, breakfast adequate.

Matrass of bed showed early signs of wear. One morning, a few fruits at breakfast seemed to be over the date.

The panorama from the room was breathtaking, direct view to the mountains. The breakfast was plenty and delicious, wilde range of options. The location is easy to find, the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. Parking is easy as well and everyone was very nice. Great experince all in all.

There are no supermarkets in walking distance, it's in 5 mins by car. (It's because there are no sidewalks on that road.)

Clean, modern and well equipped rooms. Free parking and well located as a base for skiing with many ski areas within less than an hours drive. Excellent value for money.

Very minor but room was a little cold. The room had an individual thermostat to control temperature though we couldn’t increase the temperature beyond 18.5°C.
