Questo è un 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno 1100 metri quadrati a casa con un sacco di finestre. Lungomare di accesso del golfo Florida Hudson Beach completamente arredato casa con dock e parcheggio in barca. Accesso al Golfo di acque profonde su un canale con darsena e diga.
A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e molti ristoranti con una varietà di scelte. Un paio di minuti di auto dai negozi di alimentari più vicini e da altri centri commerciali. C'è un canale nel cortile di casa per la canoa o le opzioni di pesca. Porta la tua barca o la tua canoa nell'oceano per pescare, cercare i delfini e guardare il tramonto. Il divertimento non finisce mai e i tramonti sono sempre fantastici.
Questa casa dispone di ampio soggiorno con bel pavimento in legno, ripiani in granito, cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice a carico frontale e asciugatrice, bel divano in pelle, tapparelle telecomandate, due grandi Smart TV con Netflix premium per film e programmi TV illimitati e smart TV app, allarme di sicurezza e molto altro ...

The property was nice and clean. The living area was large and the bedrooms were decent. The location was a little busy and there was a four way stop with flashing red lights one building away. There is also a fantastic ice cream store next door. The unit is on the second floor. The stairs were not in the greatest shape. They had several nail pops and some unevenness. We had two people with physical disabilities and that created a bit of a hardship for them. I personally would have liked newer, nicer bed linens. The pillows are older than they should be. The process was smooth and James was very helpful and professional.

A second floor 2BR/1Bath large unit just off US19 in Hudson Beach, one block in and quiet. Unit has everything you require, comfortable bedding, large couches, large very Living Room, adequate kitchen with modern W/D, Smart TV and sound bar. Immediately next door is Hudson Beach Ice Cream Store which is a gem, been there for years. Hudson beach walkable nearby, mind you not a lot of sand but I was there on business. Virtually every fast food/grocery/Walmart within a few minutes drive. James replies rapidly to your messages. This village north of Port Richey is a mix of old Florida and new. Great value.

I will preface this review by saying I did not stay there. I asked for a refund and did not receive one. I was not entitled to it and I understand that. The home is old. It smells old and musty when you enter. Other reviews state the home is clean. I will say it is tidy, not clean. The furniture is old, the sheets and comforters are old and worn, the towels are old and worn ( I showered there before Thanksgiving.) The home needs paint and a facelift. With that said it is priced low. In the future I would book a hotel as opposed to paying a nightly feecleaningbooking. If you don’t mind the things I mentioned, it would be fine.
