The family that operates the B&B is simply wonderful. Kind, warm, and generous people that go out of their way to make their guests feel special. Breakfast was a buffet of cakes, pastries, yogurts and assorted drinks that is uncommon for an Italian breakfast. Free beach is close by but the B&B has an arrangement with a nearby private beach (Summertime Lido) that makes rental of two chairs and an umbrella affordable. Room was comfortable, with beautiful Italian tile throughout. The gardens on the grounds, tended by the family matriarch, are simply gorgeous. Ample parking in an attached lot, which is also a scarcity in a popular beach town. Historic center is a short walk/bike ride away, which they provide free of charge. Special shout out to my friend Fabio, who helped accommodate a request by my 16 year old.

Location to the beach was amazing, 20 min walk to sperlonga. For 150 it was quite pricey for one night.

Very friendly people, convenient parking, 5 minutes from the beach, very close to sperlonga itself, so you could leave the car and just walk almost anywhere
