The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was great - very close to the metro station and I felt safe in that area even at night. The bathroom was surprisingly nice, and everything was clean.
The pillows could have been better - I didn't enjoy them. Also, the rooms were not soundproof at all and I could hear everything from the outside/other rooms. I was annoyed when some guests made quite a bit of noise at 1am, disrupting my sleep. They moved out halfway through my stay, and a couple moved in, and they made other types of noise quite a lot, if you know what I mean.

The location of the hotel was amazing, close to Metro and bus station
You room was small for three persons, it could be because of prices in Paris, Paris is an expensive city, so maybe my expectation was higher than what it would be.
The room have had no facilities like plates or spoon, forks, etc, there were glasses in bathroom!!
