Limpa, bem equipada. O apartamento é confortável e preparado para curtas e longas estadias. A vista e a área externa são ótimas para curtir o fim da tarde ou durante o café da manhã.

A localização poderia ser melhor, fomos andando com malas do centro/old town. Não há supermercados perto, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia.

Tout était très bien. Selon nos habitudes, il nous manquait une cafetière.

Apartment was very well equipped! They had everything - from pots and pans to even Q-tips! They supplied mosquito repellants and even washing detergent if you wanted to use it. It was also very clean, had a large television with multiple media options, cooker, oven and a large fridge! It was very quiet and peaceful as it’s set up in the hills, and was good value for money

Our biggest issue was the walk to and from the property. It’s about a 20 minute walk into Korcula old town and in my opinion, it is a bit of a dangerous walk, especially if you have kids. There are no footpaths/sidewalks so there were multiple times where we had a near miss with a car- this however, obviously isn’t the apartment owners responsibility but is something to keep in mind when booking. The walk back is quite uphill which was fine for us, but after a long day it can be hard, and again you can be faced with a lot of oncoming cars. If you are walking back in the dark, there are very little - to no street lights so again can be dangerous. Other than that the apartment was exactly what we needed and was very good value for money!

Sehr freundliche, schnelle und entgegenkommende Kommunikation mit Gastgebern (war sehr kulant als die Balkon-Eingangstür während unsereres Aufenthalts defekt war). Tolle, ruhige Lage mit schöner Terasse und kleinem Strand fußläufig erreichbar.

Ebenfalls muffiger und feuchter Geruch beim Betreten des Apartments bemerkbar, v. a. unter der Spüle und aus dem Duschabfluss, wo auch viele kleine Schmetterlingsmücken herumflogen. Wohnung war insgesamt nicht sehr sauber, da überall Spinnweben noch zu finden waren. Küchenutensilien wirken sehr willkürlich zusammengestellt und wenig Verstauflächen zu finden, da die Möbel teilweise bereits beladen sind. Man hört auch leider die Nachbarn in der Küche durch eine einfache Tür hinterm Schrank. Insgesamt für den hohen Preis im Sommer kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Kroatien.
