For the price, reasonable, the staff is nice and polite . They have a mini fridge in the room, that I appreciate, in case I need to store food, water.
It is not closed to the central. But surrounding with groceries store , the bar and nice restaurants in walking distance. the bus is nearby. The lock handel does not closed properly , have to force it.

Perfect, minimalistic room for solo traveller. Room was really well-thought. It had everything I needed for short stay. Powerful air conditioning was super important for me during hot weather. It was even supported by ceiling fan. Small fridge in the room was niece surprise. Bathroom was shared with only one other room, so it was nearly like private.
Location was great, 5 mins from underground station which gives easy access to rest of the city. Also there is local supermarket round the corner and couple coffee shops within a stone's throw.
Everything was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is to make accommodation more obvious to find. Maybe put some sort of bigger sign? I was walking couple mins around Panaria before I realized the door next to bakery is my facility entrance.

The location was excellent. Getting to the city was very convenient by metro. There were pleasant restaurants and small shops in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well.
The pillow was very uncomfortable. The shower fixture in the bathroom was almost detached from the wall. There was a wet towel in front of the shower cabin, which appeared to have been changed only once during our stay.

The climatisation.
The woman at the reception was really not nice, almost agressive. There were hair everywhere in the bed. The bathroom was dirty...We stayed 5 nights and it never looked clean. It's quite loud because everytime another person is closing or opening the door, you will hear it.
