Hotel Super clean and beautiful. Staff very helpful. Location is also good, very busy part of downtown.

Restaurant wasnt working

- friendly staff - nice garden - free water - clean - good aircon The negative points should be very easy to solve!

- The WiFi is a catastrophe because it didnt work 80-90% of the time which is a no go in 2023 - They told me after my booking that their Bar is closed which is not honest because there is no possibility for free cancelling. This instruction propably comes from the management so its not the fault of the staff. I know there is another hostel with a Bar but its still not honest because many people want to have a Bar in their own hostel and then they cannot cancel for free. I personally didnt care but many people I talked to where disappointed so you should work on being more transparent if you have the goal to grow on making your guests happy.

The hotel is in a great location, close to bus station, food and shopping and some of the local markets are within walking distance. The set up is unique and very appealing and charming. If we come back to Cancun again, we'd definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is that the room we were in was very bright at night due to the hallway light shining through the curtains. (We were in the room called Sambucca))

Only stayed for a night after arriving in Mexico. Easy to access from the airport by the ADO busses. Good beds and pretty quiet in my case.

Everything was great! Warm welcome, good solution to a slight mixup in the booking. The manager is very helpful. He helped with nice places to eat, good trips to go on, even for further travels. The room is beautiful, with plants in it, too. It was very calm and peaceful, although there were almost always people in the lobby. I would definitely stay again.

It was all very pleasant. The only advise I can give them is to add a few hooks to hang the towel in the bathroom and to hang the mirror a little bit higher.

The Staff was Amazing begging to end- Specially Rubí! She was So helpful!

Superior double room eas way better than Standard double room we stayed for 2 nights before upgrading. And it was literally an upgrade with spacious room. Nice view from the window to the garden and swimming pool area. Very comfy bed.

Very thin walls you can heat everything what is happening outside the room. Lack of light in the room.

The standard double room is located in the basement and it is very moisty and smelly. There is no proper windows and daylight. Pick another room rather than this.

Relaxing, aesthetic and tropical ambience. Unique experience, very central with lots of morning and evening activities!

The team staff is so nice , they try their best to makes you feel good , the hostal is awesome, very beautifull , chill areas, swiming pools, bar, barbecue , one of the most beautifull hostal i 've seen . Safe area , very good ubication , near evrythings , restaurants , supermakets, buses, shops etc.. but not in the border of the road thats very good , near evrythings but in calm & chill area. I thanks the staff for all their kindness & help. Very profesional team.

the room was very spacious, the staff was helpful and the bathroom had a nice shower.

in our shared (6 person) dormitory, there was only one toilet that was in the bathroom. the other shared restroom downstairs was out of service. the kitchen was very big but there were barely any glasses, plates etc.

We arrived early and we were able to check in early because of Leonel. Normally it's costst money to check in early but Leonell was very helpfull to give us our room already without extra costst.

The food and bar was well priced and tasty

Our stay was very disappointing due to having many leaks in our room, leaving all our luggage wet, damp and damaged. The second night we woke up to a soaking wet bed and then again on the 3rd night when we returned to the room we found our luggage soaking wet once again and puddles on the floor. We requested assistance but due to a language barrier, this made it impossible to resolve the issue, we were told facilities would be called in the morning, however the damage had already been done and we were checking out the the following day. This completely ruined our stay with yourselves and the start of our holiday. We believe that due to the inconvenience and our luggage ruined, we would like to request compensation. Location that was close to ADO bus station and you have nice restaurants around. Place overall look nice but we did not investigated it in details. Check out was very easy and fast. pretty competent and nice staff.

I booked it in last moment and little regret. We needed to check-in after midnight and we felt at reception they were not happy about it (despite 24h front desk policy). We literally heard ANY movement around our room which made very tough to sleep. On last night there was a party and that felt like its in front of our room. We could not sleep at all. If you wanna sleep in night - i would reco other place.
