The location of the property is a plus point owning to its proximity to the main bust stand of Katra, Railway Station and the market.
The hardly palatable breakfast menu and choices. The reason given for not serving pooris or Dosa was LPG shortage. Such an excuse was not expected from a well established hotel run by ITC management, especially when all dhabas both in the Katra market and at Bhawan were serving full menu. If you are serving a limited menu, then make sure that it is worthy of eating.

The packed breakfast was stale... not expected from property like ITC
I had requested to upgrade being Platinum member of ITC, despite of availability they did not allowed the upgrade.
