I liked the safe place within which the hotel is situated and the friendly staff who waited patiently for us even though we checked in very late

The property is very beautiful and has a vintage feel. The property is also in a very tranquil area. The staff are truly amazing.
Nothing. Everything was to my satisfaction.

Breakfast and location was good. Security was also good. The manager and her staff were friendly and helpful
The noise from the plumbing at night was bad and kept us awake. The rooms were past there best and need a repaint. The rugs were threadbare. The cupboards and hangers were disappointing. The facility had seen better days. Disappointing for a four star.Highs and lows
