The place was so peaceful, so clean, the staff was so amazing Eunice, Maureen they really made us feel welcomed....the breakfasts too was so nice I enjoyed the omelette mostly and my flat white I'll miss it...the treatment there was so awesome.... literally that place made us forget about our problems....we already miss the place...and definitely it's a must visit again

We enjoyed the breakfast and enough variety. Staff friendly.

It is not the standard of a Boutique Hotel anymore - the curtians and wall paper is really old and the info in the room said a "snack" bar which did not exist. The rooms were not clean and the persian carpets were very dirty and tattered. The aircon was not working well as it was a heatwave in Pretoria, we could not live in that room and we reported it. We stayed for a week and they did not replace the bed linen as for a boutique hotel you have to change it at least once in a week's stay. Towels were clean old not white and tatty.

Room was not checked. Not enough towels and bar fridge had nothing in on menu except for water.

Property was gorgeous, well kept and clean. Beautiful.

Bathroom - the shower needs some attention. The walls and floor needs to be cleaned properly.

Duke & Duchess Boutique Hotel was warm, cozy, comfortable and provided excellent service. The location is great!
