Good location, near a tram station, and close to the university.

A bit far from the center (walking there takes time). Breakfast was nice but always the same.

there was no Wi-Fi connection in my room (the last in the hall) need about half an hour to get to the city centre but tramway station is right next to the hotel

Small point, but a couple of English speaking channels on the tv would be nice. I imagine in the height of summer the lack of aircon might be an issue, but at least the windows open...

Very comfortable, good standard, tasty breakfasts with enough options - I enjoyed the stay and would stay again. There are also additional facilities such as ironing board, private car parking or even parking in a private garage (for extra price though), etc. The location a bit off the city centre, however close to university campus.

The location is a bit off the city centre - you need to walk for 30-40 minutes or take a tram. Not a big deal.

Ideal for our needs, a long weekend visiting a relative. Room very nice. Parking on site. Near the tram station for town. Suited our requirements perfectly. Reception staff extremely polite and helpful.

It is the only hotel in the area, close to the University of Grenoble, thats not totally dilapidated.

Been going there for several years and seen the place decay from clean and welcoming to gross and barely accommodating. Will not be returning.

It seems that they don't clean properly the room, when I arrived I found food in the fridge (from the previous guest) and a piece of toilet paper. I was going to stay five days and they should provide at least one or half toilet paper, but O received less than 1m. In the case of the apartments you need to go to the reception and ask for another toilet paper. I went there and ask them why they put only a small piece if I was supposed to stay several days. The guy replied me it's a company policy and each time o want towels or toilet paper I have to come to the reception desk and ask for it. It's insane. They have this policies for having a green policy but they offer meat in the menu. For going to the center/gare is about 30 min in tram. Not so convenient at the end.

the room was spacious and the staff very helpful. it was nice to have an in-room kitchenette.

the lack of air conditioning, fans or ventilation made it a very uncomfortable stay, virtually impossible to sleep. Grenoble is very hot in the summer. the location is convenient to the university but otherwise unremarkable

The room is idea for a overnight stay. Its clean. The room also had a fridge, microwave and a cooker if your staying longer. Big supermarket next door and a great pizza place 5 min walk

The Hotel seems new, easy to get with it, good garage, simple brrakfast but with waht is need. Friendly staff

Not having AC, the top floor was a little bit hot.
