Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

We only stayed 1 night due to an early morning flight the next day but would have happily stayed longer. Staff were excellent and friendly, the room was nice, bathroom had lots of additional free stuff (e.g. toothbrush, comb, vanity kit etc) in case you needed it and the shower was good. The beds were comfortable and we had a very good night sleep here. The room was very quiet. We had dinner at the restaurant which was of course a bit more pricy compared to local places but still within reason and the quality was good. The pool looked really nice but we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast had a lot of choice, from continental to asian breakfast, cereals, pancakes, bread, cakes etc but weirdly enough there wasn't really anything that particularly jumped out to me and I didn't have much - that said the selection was good and varied. Reception also arranged an airport transfer for the morning which was efficient and turned up on time.

The only negative I can think of was that there were a few mosquitos in our room, but they didn't survive for long. This is nitpicking as this also applied to other places we stayed in Bali.

The hotel was perfect for a short stopover, especially due to its convenient location very close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and offered a good selection.

The only downside was that the room could have been a little cleaner, and there was a strong smell coming from the drain.
