Clean, functional, close to the center, close to the beach, has separate room for my kid, every room has AC, living room is big, kitchen is functional, has an outside bbq - everything was great.

I can’t recall anything I didn’t like

We stayed for 8 nights at Villa Fun&Sun. The kitchen is well equipped, and having parking available was very convenient. The garbage was taken out daily, and the towels and bed linen were changed twice during our stay.

The biggest issue was the lack of privacy and the air conditioning being turned off every day. We noticed that someone entered the house daily without any apparent reason, and some random objects around the house had been moved. We deliberately left the AC running for around two hours to ensure that our 1-year-old had a cool room to sleep in. However, it was turned off every day, and we ended up with a hot room instead. This was particularly frustrating when travelling with a small child. The check-in experience was also disappointing. The official check-in time was 15:00. We asked whether an earlier check-in was possible, and later followed up to ask if the house was ready or, alternatively, whether we could access just one bedroom to put our baby to sleep. The room was ready 30 minutes before the official check-in time, but the owner complained that he was stressed by receiving two messages from us. We found this reaction unnecessary, considering we were simply trying to arrange a practical solution for our child. The bathroom also needs mandatory maintenance, as some objects are loose and several components are rusty. There is some noticeable noise from the nearby main island road, although it wasn't a major issue for us.
