Everything about the apartment. Really nice when we actually managed to find it and to access it.
Getting the key a km away, not being able to open the door for lack of explanations, badly marked keys, almost unmarked apartment and no explanation regarding the key way of use or indications on which door would lead to the apartment. Only one out of three opened near the civic number and it was the one leading to a car park...a nightmare!

Everything you need is provided in the property, including all the kitchen equipment for cooking. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. However, I visited the city during the low season, so I can’t really comment on the noise level. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the center of Rovaniemi. Highly recommended!
A bit tricky navigation in the building. Note, the building has П-shape and belongs simultaneously to three different addresses

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk to main Lordi square, bus stops at the back of apartments, which is in front of the famous Naava cafe, clean, safe, quiet ,spacious and modern and everything that we needed. Supermarket within 10 minutes walk, Apukka shuttle bus stop right across the road, just down from Santa Claus Hotel. Check in was 4pm which was a bit of a wait for us but was easy to retrieve the key and straight forward. I would highly recommend these apartments despite some of the reviews . Apartment no. 75/5th floor was excellent. 25 minutes on the bus from Rovaniemi airport, 15 minutes on bus to Santa Claus village.
Just a few small issues, I was under the impression that I booked an apartment with a sauna but the sauna was in the building at an extra charge of €22, however, when I looked into booking a sauna it stated that they weren't available.
The other issue was the pillows...there was a very small pillow on the bed but the spares in the cupboard were smelly and I couldn't use them.
The instructions for the oven/cooker were very unclear and we struggled a little to get the oven to stay on.
We found the heat a bit much for us but understand that others may like a lot of heat; The weather was very mild while we were there

The apartment was clean and had all necessary supplies. Location was excellent (though this might just be luck, since they seem to have multiple locations and just place you in some apartment)
The AC had a very loud humming noise that couldn't be turned off and gave me a headache. Reached out to Kotimaailma via Booking, WhatsApp and phone, but no answer. Had to spend my nights wearing earplugs and noise canceling headphones. Not staying with them again

"Posizione che all'inizio mi preoccupava un po' ma alla fine essendo abbastanza vicino alla stazione mi è stata comoda ancor più che essere proprio in centro città"
