Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und wir konnten schon eine Stunde vor Check-in in unser Zimmer. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, dass Gepäck dort zu lassen am Abreisetag und es gibt Kaffe, Tee und Kekse auf dem Zimmer mit Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher.
Wir haben nur am ersten Tag frische Handtücher bekommen und nur die ersten zwei Tage wurde der Mülleimer geleert, bei 5 Nächten Aufenthalt ist das zu wenig. Die Rezeption haben wir leider nicht erreicht, als wir nach frischen Handtüchern oder Bettwäsche fragen wollten. Das Kopfteil des Bettes war nur an die Wand gelehnt und nicht verschraubt und ist mir einmal auf den Kopf gefallen. Bei dem Fernseher ging nur bei einigen Sendern das Bild und man konnte nur weiter nach oben und nichtmehr zurück schalten.

The spa bath was perfect to relax in, the shower was spacious and there was plenty of tea and coffee. the staff were friendly and welcoming and i will definitely cone back
there were a few ants around the room but thats usual in wet weather so i wasn't bothered by them

It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable
It is rather dated and I had to walk up stairs to get to my room.... normally that's ok but I have a bad knee at the moment so it would have been useful to know that beforehand

Good and appropriate are staff. Rooms well appointed. simply sensible and homely.
More knowledge given of the premises would have helped.

Good value for money for just an overnight stay. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Central location.
Facilities are dated and need a revamp. TV was old and remote didn't work (held together with tape).

Customer service was great, room was clean, comfortable and affordable. Location was good for us as we were visiting multiple areas and we were right in the middle of where we needed to be.

the BED!! it was amazing and soft!!
dirty cloth on window ledge. no teaspoons to stir my coffee. pool was a bit slimy on the bottom.

The shower was exceptional, especially for a motel
Air con was faulty. Too noisy to sleep so had to turn off, not a great night.
Fumigation needed as well.

We stayed in a King Suite and the Spa Bath was amazing! Bed was huge and comfy! Easy 5 minute walk to thr Tram stop to get into the CBD too.
Appliances were a bit outdated and the WiFi didn't work with the TV.

Comfortable bed, fantastic large spa (although needed cleaning).
Sleep was non existent due to noise from other guests, public and traffic. Travelling alone, I did not feel safe.
Breakfast was cancelled due to 'staffing' (public holidays).
The room was very dated and run down - spa needed a good clean - the hair balls and scum that came out when first turned on was disgusting. One teaspoon was the only cutlery provided - no toaster or crockery.
