Location was good. Excellent staff.
Replace the bath tub with a shower. Replace the heater with solar.

Terrible. Loud drunks making noise all night in the next room. I requested to be transferred to a different room but was denied.

The room service. Never attended any calls. Tried reaching owner but didn't even respond. Needed some extra things but looks like no one cares

It is nice, on the surface, but everything is very worn out. Bathroom is leaking.

The location was wonderfull. The staff were wonderful and welcoming and friendly.
Electric kettle was not there. The toaster was not working. By the way we did not metion this to the staff. Am sure if we did it would be solved

The place was beautiful, I enjoyed the pool area, excellent manager and cleaners. They made me feel as if I was home. I will definately recommend and go back again.

My shower head was old and broken. I didn’t have a good shower experience.
WiFi was very poor. I couldn’t even make a watsapp call without being cut off.
