The property was close to the airport and east to get to once we rented our car at 11pm. We were met at the front and they have secure parking. The room was in a lovely converted home to residence hotel. Comfortable beds and nice shower. After an adequate breakfast, we out the door.

Most of the staff was incredibly friendly! The communication was excellent and they ensured that a staffmember would be present during our late and early arrivals. The food was tasty for breakfast. Rooms were super clean and the view from the window was beautiful.

One of the staff members (kind of older gentleman) wasn't very friendly and charged us for water bottles after we had checked out from the hotel. The pool closed very early as well. We got back to the hotel around 6:30 expecting to be able to use the pool for at least a couple more hours but it closed at 7 pm.

The property was in a great location for us. 10 minutes to return rental car to Adobe and then on to the airport. It was just out of the hustle and bustle of the city to be a quiet last night. Felt very secure. Space for rental car behind their gates to be safe overnight. Pool. Jacuzzi. Large room. Very Clean. Optional $10 breakfast. 10 minute walk to restaurants. Would stay again

Great staff! Breakfast was great Highly recommend getting. They set up pickup to and from airport. Very secure property, Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Everything was fine.

A+++ Room size, cleanliness, atmosphere. Staff were amazing and helped us to store our luggage and hire transportation. Would absolutely stay here again!

The neighborhood was clean and felt safe

Easy to access from the airport. SPOTLESS clean. Next to some nice restaurants. Nice equipment (coffee machine..)

Our plane landed quite late. The pool was not accessible at this hour. I would have loved a first deep after 10 long hours in the plane.

Beautiful, private property in a lovely neighborhood, a short drive to the airport. Walking distance to several excellent restaurants and a high end grocery. The rooms were quiet, clean, modern, and very comfortable, with lovely amenities. Breakfast was delicious and so generous. The courtyard and pool area are a relaxing place to unwind after a long journey or time spent in the downtown area of San Jose. The couple who hosted us was exceptionally welcoming, and gave us suggestions with maps for where to eat, and places to go (and not go) downtown. Communication with the hotel prior to our visit was very easy, and they were gracious to accommodate our arrival outside of normal checkin times.

Great, comfortable room in lovely setting. They allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived in the morning.

Not their fault but the driver they recommended for pick ups over charged me to drop me in the city and also dropped me at the wrong bus station. He insisted it was the mepe bus stop even when I said I was meeting my dad there so it was important it was the right one. I walked in to find it was a different bus station and had to pay for a taxi to the mepe bus station.

Beautiful property and super comfortable rooms. The staff were wonderful and helpful. It's only an easy 10 minutes drive from the airport which is perfect!

The staff was fantastic. I accidentally left my computer charger in the room. when I realized I emailed the property and they responded very quickly and held it for me.
