Size of apartment, decor

No airconditioning. Bathroom basin was blocked. Some furniture shows wear. No kitchen cloths or paper towels. Checkin and apartment in different buildings/floor. Intermittent wifi issues.

This is a gorgeous apartment. Very tastefully decorated, large and great facilities.The ceiling in the lounge is beautiful.

There is no air con but lots of fans available to use so it wasn't a problem.

Well situated beautiful apartment. Plenty of space and everything working as described in the ad. The location is perfect for walking (3 minutes) to the bar and restaurant area, 10 min walk to the station and the trains which can take you along the cinque terre coast, or only 3 minutes to the boats. The area is safe and there is a supermarket just 2 minute walk from the apartment. We were travelling a family of 5 and enjoyed it very much. The host Barbara met us outside the building and provided all necessary information, keys and some valuable travelling tips.

it was very hot during these days, and even though there are multiple fans and portable AC's in the apartment, it was still very hot for us ( Scandinavians)

We knew that there was no aircon so it was not a surprise; nevertheless we stayed there over a few very hot days and it was indeed very hot inside. But there were some fans that we could move around and put in different rooms.

Good location, convenient

What a disappointment! The flat seemed to be lovely on the pictures but there were so many issues in the end. First - maybe our fault - there was no air con in the flat. It was not mentioned in the description there was one but we did not pay attention and above all we could not imagine that there was no air con in a city where it is 40 degrees during summer. In addition: 1/ there were not enough towels in the bathroom for all of us (2 big towels for 4!) 2/ the wifi was not working - when we called the host, she just said that the previous guests may have changed the password! 3/ the lift which is working with a key was not working when we arrived and the host had to go back and forth to find a key working 4/ the flat was so dirty! In the current COVID situation, it is something we have been very shocked with. As you can see in the pictures attached, my socks were black dirty after walking 30min in the flat. Also the second picture shows how dirty the rooms were. We will definitely never return.
