Large, comfortable space, spotlessly clean. Great location.

Nothing.

It was in an excellent location, spotlessly clean and great air con in each room. Very comfortable beds.

The two single bedrooms were very sparse. Needed a dressing table and a mirror and the lighting was harsh. Could have done with a bedside lamp.

Fabulous location so close to all the old town tourist spots and restaurants. Very easy to pop back. Could see the cathedral bell tower from our window. Very clean. Lovely staff lovely cafe at reception. Beautiful building. Great apartment. Love the Juliette balconies and the view over the bell tower.

Loved it all except only one mirror in the bathroom. A full length mirror in the hallway would be a great addition. The hair dryer in the bathroom kept cutting out and could not be used. Reception gave us a hand held one but this was not available immediately. The single bedroom in apartment 401 did not have walls going to the ceiling and so was noisy when persons were using the bathroom or kitchen. This was not the case in other rooms. However we still loved the place.

location was great and apartment was clean.

there were a few things that meant the stay wasn't perfect. On arrival I asked the front desk for where we could get a guided tour or at least the area that tours began. This was provided perfectly on our stay in Madrid but for some reason this hotel in Valencia couldn't provide the info. I expect a front desk to provide this or at least go away and find out. As you can imagine this time of the year is very hot and so showers are even more important than ever and the shower in the room was broken. I provided the front desk with pictures of the broken shower and how bad the flow was. I was advised nothing could be done and I should use the hand shower, no effort at all was made to remedy the issue. This is really poor service. The bed was soiled on arrival and hadn't been changed and again pictures were provided. This was managed very quickly and the bed was changed and remade.
