The flat it self was very very nice, and very nice shower room.
The car park to check in and lugage were tricky and to get to the room, might be we were very tired and with my 80 years old parents, might be easier for younger people. Only one toilet rolll paper for 4 people on a Saturday night (no shops and no reception) was not good.

Nice and helpful reception. Simple and new apartment. We appreciate the blackout blinds in bedroom. sufficient kitchen equipment. you could see that the apartment was new (which we liked because we were a bit worried about the reviews) and that it still lacked practical details. The apartment was a little different from the equipment listed in the listing, but otherwise everything was fine.
despite the information in the listing there was no sound isolation. So we heard every single word from our neighbors or from their TV. This is unpleasant, especially if the neighbors are not respectful.

There are no day light curtains. It's a bit weird based on the fact that there were apartments literally 10m away....
When you are about to pay, you must be able to see what exactly apartment you are paying for and not have 4 or 5 choices

good location with good parking , staff was good
the room has Smokey smell and after few time you will
also realize some other odd odor as well .
only few utilities available for cooking even the apartment has kitchen . bed was not comfortable at all .

Friendly staff. Clear instructions on how to take a keys. Clean room.
Kettle and tea/coffee/sugar. Washing machine (didn't use). Dish machine (didn't use). TV. Refrigerator.
Bad wifi. It was impossible to use it.
It was not the same room that was presented during the booking.

The pictures of the apartment are photoshopped, it is neglected, dirty, the bathroom is very dirty, there is no internet, parking also is horrible!

easy to find the place
very old looking and used furnishings, the bed was scratched, the cabinets in the bathroom so bad condition, shower doors didn’t close, used kettle, small blanket, used and not sure if clean blanket on the couch….

Didn't have time to eat in there, becouse i made breakfast myself ;)
Even i just lived there it was perfect place near center and everything you needed to live.
Everything was good from the beggining to the end.

●beddings isn't big enough to cover the bed
●had water on the floor after using the shower as the shower curtain was not properly fit to cover everything.
●2 single blanket instead of just one double or kingsize blanket for a couple

Kind and helpful personal. Room was so clean and comfort. Room had washing machine that I never expect that.
I paid deposit, but didn't get back. All positive was more than this negative one and that's they get 10/10 from me.

Friendly hosts, fast respond, ready to fix any issues, good location close to bus stop.
Facilities listed on the website not there, or missing or not in working order. Upon contacting the reception new apartment was proposed for a swop.

The apartment is the most delightful experience in the 3 weeks european trip. The space is so huge and the cost is so economic. I want to stay there for months!
It's pet friendly so dog pied on the sofa but no one noticed. I am ok with dogs that I don't mind but others would not be happy about that.

Good apartment for a short family stay. We travelled by car and we liked the location.
Very bad internet connection! Notice that the private parking is available, but booking and additional payment required. Possibility to park on the public parking, but difficult to get a free spot in the late evening.

Location is fairly OK as long you have personal transport.
Parking is available for cars and bicycles.
Property is very badly maintained with broken equipment and furniture. Bedding is hard as wood.
Breakfast was very poor and limited in choice.
Wifi is from a mobile LTE and very poor reception.
