Very centrally based for all modes of transport.

Good location, good price-value-ratio, friendly and helpful staff, very clean (I checked with UV even), quiet room, proximity to most optimal routes of walking the city
For 3 people the room was too small, breakfast option is too expensive, storing luggage in a luggage room costs 2EUR per storage unit (the coin mechanism was visibly manually sealed at some point to not return the coin you insert)

We came for the SMM Hamburg Expo, so the facilities had everything we needed and the distance to the metro was only a 2 minute walk, so perfect for the daily morning commute. we will be booking here again for the next SMM Hamburg
The first evening we did "Dinner" at the hotel, the pizza's are vastly overpriced for frozen supermarket pizzas. A few actual dishes would be nice to see, but for the cost of the hotel, i doubt it can fit in the budget. So overall its fine.

The location and the bar is great.
The breakfast was great, plenty of beautiful food to choose from
Too hot 🥵 in the room. Temperature is set too high by the hotel, sweat all night, not a good sleep. Not nice when you got menopause.
