It was private. We lived in a separate house, sleeping rooms were on the second floor and other facilities (kitchen, wc, shower) were on the first floor.
We also had rather spacious outdoors seating area and kids playground under the roof - very handy when the rain is pouring.
It was clean and had everything that is needed even if somewhat outdated.
Loud doors upstairs - be sure you will wake all up if you decide to go for wc during the night :)
Not suitable for cooking more than one dish at a time.

"Very polite and friendly host who prepared everything was needed for our stay in short notice given we booked the cottage just 30 mins before arrival."
