This apartment was in an ideal location and just a short walk from the walled town. Elias was fantastic at giving us recommendations for places to see and was very responsive throughout our trip. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable with all needed amenities and the parking was just down the street. There are a few steps up to the apartment but not too many for most people to manage. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment was beautiful, overlooking the valley. It was spacious, located within walking distance to the city and clean. Elias (the host) met us at check-in, checked upon us daily and was absolutely helpful and wonderful. Thank you Elias for your recommendations on day trips in the area and food. Large, comfortable apartment in a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay and a good grocery store is very close to the apartment. The owner is very welcoming and gave us some great tips for what to see and do in the area. The free parking was convenient and the wifi worked great. We really enjoyed our week in this beautiful town.

Everything was great!

The property manager, Elias, met us at the apartment and showed us around. He was an excellent host and checked in on us via WhatsApp a few times. There is a grocery store one block away and a bar across the street. The apartment was as pictured and very close to the walls of the city. We also stopped at the park located just outside the walls and enjoyed the "bar truck" and foosball in the park with the locals.

I didn't realize that one bedroom had AC and one did not.

Great location, a lot of space, great value for money, convenient parking, and a really kind and helpful host! I would recommend it to everyone :)

There was nothing not dislike.

Absolutely superb place as well as the host (Elias, who speaks perfect English). Location is so practical that it can hardly be better (free parking 100m, supermarket Conad 200 m, wonderfull icecream shop 50 m, cafe with croisants across the street). Gate to the old town 400 m. The apartment is very well equipped (large fridge, dishwasher etc.) and most comfortable. Elias comes over any time to meet the guests upon arrival (he lives close), explains everything and gives useful advices (incl. maps) in terms of points of interest. Plus he brings clean towels or helps with good advice (if you wish) during the whole stay so you do not feel left alone. The town of Montepulciano is very nice and of just convenient size with some good restaurants inside the old town (try one for locals called La Briciola, 100 m on the right after the gate). We really liked the town as well as the apartment.

Nothing. Perhaps the outside temperatures could have been lower but it was July and there is A/C in the apartment.

It is really close to Montepulciano old town, you can take a bus or a 10 minutes walk. This accommodation is perfect with the 2 bathrooms and terrace. Everything is sparkling clean, I would return without a doubt. Our host Elias is an unbelievable host with such a welcoming attitude. He was always reachable, helping us to find the best spots in town, even navigate us when we got lost in the surrounding area.

It could have been a bit quieter, but nothing serious.
