great for easy access to nearby Banu sports centre and easy, flat 30 minute walk into city centre. room was huge. staff pleasant. good value

ground floor directly below room (which was 3rd floor) is an 80’s music bar, with live music until wee hours. VERY noisy and not warned about by site or staff. Reception on 3rd floor, hard to find. Place felt like former Russian state building - think The Shining and you’ve got it. Shower was dreadful (cold water and shower tray blocked)

Cleaning services were very bad. Doors was not lock properly even washroom door was not closed. Toiletries were not there.

Friendly staff, room was quiet. Room was clean. A few places to eat close by

The lighting in both the hallway and stairs wa terrible. I almost fell down them on way out. Shower in bathroom there was no pole for the shower head. There was a hole or dent in bathroom door which didn't close properly. Fridge in room wasn't working tried to report this three times but twice receptionist was busy and last time no one was there.
