Location of the hotel is very good , quite convenient to reach here from Udupi station and Auto stand is also very near by to this place. Budget hotel at this price is perfect
Hot water is tap was not effective , although due to summer season this was not a big problem.

I did not have breakfast at this hotel. The bed spread and towels were provided later in the evening although I checked in the afternoon. But that was fine with me as after having a nap in the afternoon I went around the place to explore.
The rooms have to be upgraded and painted especially the non AC rooms. The light in the bathroom was a bit dim. The brightness has to be increased. The staff have to be courtese and friendly
