SRNTY Sun Ray - Ex Serenity Alma Heights

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Serenity Alma Heights. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was exceptionally fast and smooth. A special mention goes to the Front Desk Manager , Mr. Ihab Ahmed for his warm hospitality, brilliant welcome, and for making sure all our requests were prompt and perfectly handled throughout our entire stay. The hotel facilities are top-notch. The swimming pools are extremely clean with varied depths suitable for all ages. The giant Aqua Park was a highlight for both children and adults alike, offering endless fun for the whole family. The dining experience was outstanding. The main buffet offered great food quality with an impressive daily variety. Additionally, the à la carte restaurants were a delightful culinary journey—the Indian, Moroccan, Asian, Italian, Oriental, and Mexican restaurants each offered distinct, authentic, and delicious flavors. Above all, the staff members were exceptionally polite, helpful, and respectful. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to the aqua park staff for their exceptional service and great energy. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

​Overall, my stay at the hotel had its positives, but there are two key areas that require management's attention: ​First, regarding Tau Restaurant, the quality and variety of the food need significant improvement. The menu feels quite limited, and the food standard should be raised. Additionally, special or premium meals should not be limited only to certain guests; every guest deserves a high-quality dining experience. ​Second, some of the hotel staff seem to lack proper training in hospitality standards. It is essential for team members to maintain a professional distance and respect personal boundaries when interacting with guests.

Everything was greay about this resort fpr all ages pf our family. Great location. Close to beach and has Everything you would evenly need when on holiday. Games room/or room was next level!

Wish the crazy river was a little more crazy. Perhaps add chicken nuggets to food as my youngest is little fuzzy. Other than that. Nothing. Best hotel /resort

The water park is fun. Food is good and well-served

AC wasn’t working, many plumbing issues in the room where we were.
