Gulf view newly built home. Beautifully decorated, pet friendly!
Katmandu è una nuova build; completato nel marzo 2019. Questa straordinaria nuova casa è pronta per le tue vacanze al mare. Situato all'estremità nord del Capo; è a pochi passi da St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, e solo 200 passi per la sabbia e l'acqua. Nuota, kayak, paddle board e gioca nel Golfo e nella Baia.
Il piano terra dispone di un parcheggio per un massimo di 4 auto, una grande doccia esterna e un patio con grill a gas e posti a sedere. C'è una master suite privata con il proprio ingresso, doccia dedicata e un wet bar con frigorifero e Keurig. La casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo con accesso privato alla spiaggia. Il paesaggio è naturale e rilassato con una breve passeggiata sul bordo dell'acqua.
Il secondo livello comprende la zona giorno principale con cucina, sala da pranzo, famiglia e lavanderia e tre camere da letto. C'è un re master suite che comprende una grande cabina doccia piastrellata e vanità del quarzo. Le due camere condividono un bagno ben arredato con vasca piastrellata / doccia e vanità di quarzo. Una camera per gli ospiti offre un letto matrimoniale e l'altra dispone di due gemelli.
Il ponte posteriore offre un luogo per rilassarsi e ammirare la vista del golfo. I posti del tavolo da pranzo 8. La cucina è caricato con preparazione e servizi, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero, gamma e un sacco di spazio al quarzo. Excellent place to stay, cannot wait to go back. Would definitely rent here again, very close walk to the beach, loved not having to bring my beach chairs from home. There were plenty there!! Upon arrival, the downstairs air wasn't blowing cool air. Repair man were there within an hour and had us fixed and cool again.!! Pet friendly! & loved having outdoor space for pup bath after a sandy day at the beach

I left this in Brian's inbox but since i didn't receive a response ill leave it here. Brian,I wanted to let you know we enjoyed our stay, your home is fabulous and we will be back. A couple of things i wanted to mention, I know they said there was an "outage" regarding the wifi but the TV in the living room worked. The tv's in the bedrooms hardly worked at all, it was very sporadic and we weren't able to enjoy them in the morning or late evening. Also the suite downstairs does not get cool enough, the minute you open the door a couple of times its warm again and it takes a long time to cool down. Also, we found plates in the cabinet that had food on them, they were put between other plates as if they ate on them and stuck them up there, there was a coffee cup filled with grease that had been there awhile and the pans had to all be rewashed as they had food stuck to them. I mention these things as we had a place in PCB and these kind of updates would have helped us maintain the unit more efficiently and I'm sure these are type of things you would like to know about as the owner. Thank you for taking these into consideration, again we do love the house and will be back!Laurel Raben

First, Donna is a great host and quick to help and answer any questions. Katmandu itself is wonderful... the pictures don’t do this place justice! Plenty of space, super tall ceilings makes it feel even bigger. Plenty of seating for larger groups, comfortable beds, and steps to the beach. The house is nicely decorated and has all the conveniences you’d need. You won’t be disappointed!

This house is absolutely stunning pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen is filled with ALL necessities you may need (which is a first for any rental we’ve ever stayed in). Just a few steps to the beach with plenty of toys and chairs to use down there. We are a family of 4 adults and 3 kids (a pair of 1 year old twins) had no issues with having plenty of room for us all. Staff was available for us 24/7 to text and was beyond helpful to us with any questions or help we needed. We will never use another rental agency again.
