Location was excellent, it was lovely to have outside space , even though it never got the sun
The rooms and beds were big and comfortable
The kitchen well equipped
It was a pain having to go to the office on the way especially as I didn’t know about this until the day before and also we were not given the actual address of the property until the day before either , it was different to the one on booking.com and we had already pre booked taxis so had to call to change
Knowing this information earlier would have caused me a lot less stress on travelling day

Check-in process was easy. We had a rental car and the parking garage was right next to the reception area. The reception office was a 3 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment location was perfect - right across from the Mercado Bolhao so it was easy walk to almost everything in Porto. The apartment building had a small elevator which was great for getting luggage to the second floor. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a large patio off the kitchen with chairs and tables. Access into the garage, building and apartment was all digital making it easy for all family members to come in and out.
Would be great if they had a drying rack, as the washer/dryer combos don’t dry clothes as well.

The apartment was well designed and clean.
The main issue is that on arrival they took an extra €200 deposit, and have still not refunded it a week later and are not replying to my communication.
The showers took forever to heat up.
